2026 Integration Issue Resolution Tracker
Tracker to note down things that we have done poorly or need to be redone for some reason or another.
Instructions: Create a new row and copy your system name tag to the first column. Assign a priority as below and move the row up to that priority (1 at the top, 4 at the bottom). Fill out the other columns with enough detail so someone unfamiliar with the problem can understand. Finally, make sure to communicate when you assign an owner to the issue.
Once an issue is resolved, change the status tag to Resolved and change the color to green. Moved resolved items to the bottom.
