2024-2026 Design Issue Tracker: Mechanical

This is for tracking all issues that we want to keep in mind going into next design cycle.

Instructions: Create a new row and copy your system name tag to the first column. Assign a priority as below, and fill out the other columns with all relevant detail so someone unfamiliar with the problem can understand. Please make sure to thoroughly explain what the issue is and WHY this is an issue, since it might not be obvious to all.

Priority System

1 - Needs to be addressed, high priority for next cycle

2 - Should be fixed next cycle

3 - Would be good to address but not high priority
