• Paloma and Elliot attended Jim Hahn’s session on the BIBFRAMinator

  • BIBFRAMinator enhances the Penn Libraries' catalog by adding thumbnails and an 'Author/Creator Knowledge Card' button to catalog pages. It fetches data from Wikidata and Share-VDE to provide additional information about authors and works.

    • Paloma asked how this tool compares with Primo’s author card – Jim said that Penn does not use Primo, they use blacklight. He still has some thoughts regarding Primo’s author card, but he did not shared (maybe we should reach out and ask?).
