Common disallowed items:

·      Food or drink

This includes both restaurants and on-campus events and meetings

·      Amazon purchases 

Only specific VAC staff can use the ProCard on Amazon.  Talk to the VAC admin for details.

·       Office supplies

Send any office supply requests to the AAH admin (Hillary).

·      Travel costs (airfare, hotel, rental car, gas, taxi or ride-share, food, etc.)

Austin parking, parking permits and tolls.

Exception:  Registration fees for a conference.

·       Tips of any kind.

·       Gift cards for employees.

·       Software without pre-approval.

We can still reimburse a traveler for these after their trip, we just can’t pay for them with UT credit cards.
