The VAC has three UT credit cards:

·       The Director’s ProCard:  For most costs; ends in -0669.

·       The Preparator’s ProCard:  For Marc or Kaya’s use only, but can be used as a back-up with Marc’s permission; ends in -0038.

·       The Director’s HE card:  For hotels and entertainment; ends in -5378

These are the main VAC credit cards, and they’re used for most things, except entertainment or travel.  For example: production materials, art supplies, maintenance costs, memberships.

This card can only be used for the two things. It also sometimes called a Travel Card, but at the VAC it can cover:

Entertainment

All food or drink paid for by the VAC.  Also see the ENTERTAINMENT section for more restrictions.

Guest accommodations

Hotels in Austin for visitors or resident artists.  Also see TRAVEL section below for more restrictions. 

NOTE: The HE card can’t be used for Airbnb or Vrbo.  These must be paid for by the traveler and then reimbursed after the trip.
