Hi Beth,
Jade is adding Stephanie to the demo invitations.  As for project status updates, we are directing folks to the Sharepoint site at https://sharepoint.lib.utexas.edu/LIT/SitePages/DAMS.aspx.  You should also have access to the LIT confluence wiki at https://wikis.utexas.edu/display/LIT/Library+IT that contains a workspace for the DAMS project, if you want to keep tabs on that as well.  We aren't able to provide wide access to JIRA where we manage the user stories and tasks, but feel free to check in with me whenever you have questions or want more info than you are seeing in the sites available to you.

We had our first SCRUM ceremony yesterday, so we are officially out the gate with active project work.  Please know that we are all learning a new process, and so our first sprints will be focused on laying the groundwork, trying things out, and finding a team rhythm.  

There is no defined launch date for the DAMS at this point.  Once we have a sense of the team's work capacity and velocity, we'll be able to better speculate such things.  The definition of "done" and when we would launch are things that will become more clear through the process.  I know that sounds loosey-goosey, but we anticipate knowing more each sprint cycle that will shape that kind of decision.

Hi Melanie,
Thank you for including a representative from Architecture in the stakeholders group.  Having access to view the project's  Sharepoint site will be very helpful for us in following the project's progress. Stephanie Tiedeken will be our point person for attending select demos and distributing information as the project advances, however would it be possible for Katie and I to also obtain access to the project admin site?

When did you say the project will launch?
