Adding an Article with the WYSIWYG
- Add the body of text to the editor window.
- Place the cursor where the read more will be entered. Then click the Read More button located below the window.
- Image placement:
- If an image is to be added directly after the read more leave the cursor where it is.
- If an image is to placed elsewhere, place the cursor at the beginning of the sentence that the image would be above.
- To add an image, follow the separate instructions (see next page), then return here for the remaining steps.
- Select the text above the read more section, click on the Format menu, choose Paragraph.
- Place the cursor directly in front of the read more section. Press Shift and Return at the same time. This adds a necessary break.
- Select the text below the read more, click on the Format menu, and choose Paragraph. Do the same if there is also text below the image.
- If you need to add links to text or style text (bold, italics, etc), do so now.
- Save your changes and check the live site. See the Troubleshooting Guide for tips if needed.
