Performance Assessment System

Performance Assessment System

The CII Singapore Performance Assessment (PAS) is an online platform that combines the 10-10 Performance Assessment and the Productivity Benchmarking system. The system was developed by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) as part of the CII Singapore project and aims to benchmark new projects, maintenance and shutdown/turnaround work. Both owners and contractors can submit surveys. The system's goals are:

  • to assess the performance of management teams in new projects, maintenance and shutdown/turnaround work

  • to benchmark the productivity in new projects, maintenance and shutdown/turnaround work

  • to benchmark the outcomes of new projects, maintenance and shutdown/turnaround work

All data provided for the survey by participating individuals and organizations are considered confidential.  Raw data will not be viewed by any party other than CII staff members and by researchers and faculty with the National University of Singapore (NUS). Results are always provided in an aggregated format designed to protect the confidentiality of the respondents. You can review the CII Benchmarking Code of Conduct at the following site: https://www.construction-institute.org/scriptcontent/bmm-code.cfm?section=bmm.
