About the CII 10-10 Singapore System
The CII 10-10 Singapore system is an online system designed to assist with creating 10-10 Singapore surveys, gathering 10-10 and productivity benchmarking data, and viewing 10-10 Performance Assessment reports. The system allows the visualization and management all project surveys associated with the user’s company. It also allows for survey teams to be setup with a web interface that supports the management of the responses.
There are three types of surveys: ‘New Project’, ‘Maintenance’, and ‘Shutdown/Turnaround’ surveys. The management and organization of these surveys is based on some key principles:
- All three surveys are organized in three sections: ‘General Information’ (‘GEN’), ‘Input Section’ (‘IN’), and ‘Output Section’ (‘OUT’).
- Each survey being submitted has a Survey Coordinator, who is the only person in charge of entering the ‘General Information’ ('GEN' section) and output data ('OUT' section) in the system and distributing the ‘Input Section’ survey to the management team.
- Only the Survey Coordinator can see the 10-10 system interface and access the 10-10 report. All other team members only see their individual survey form.
This user guide is intended to help Survey Coordinator creating and managing their surveys. The term ‘user’ is used here primarily as a reference to the survey coordinator, who is the primary user of the 10-10 system.
