Printing - Connecting from a managed Windows computer

 Connect to the printer

  1. Open the Windows File Explorer in the start menu

  2. Type in/copy the following into the top path at the top and hit Enter

    \\engr-print1.austin.utexas.edu\

  3. Right-click on the printer you would like to use and select Open

  4. This should install the driver for that printer and add it as an option to your system

  5. Contact IT support if you have any issues
