Developer Version
The developer version of PyReconstruct includes shell scripts and programs that integrate PyReconstruct into our lab's machine-guided segmentation efforts. It comes with scripts to export series and contours as labeled zarrs that can be viewed in Neuroglancer, which is included. To set up the developer version of PyReconstruct on your machine, please follow the instructions outlined on our lab's GitHub site.
