Minimal Salts Vitamin Pyruvate Medium

1. Adjust pH to 6.0 with NaOH.

2. For solid medium, add 16 g agar per liter.

3. Autoclave.

4. For the 1X 1-L solution, cool to ~50ºC in a water bath and aseptically add the following filter-sterilized solutions:
