Data Gathering Process - Databases/Indexes

Data Gathering

All databases and Indexes will go through the the following data check:

  • Manual check for usage stats, added more detailed notes about what usage metric we were using

  • Request usage from vendors if needed (some usage will be in version 2 of the lists for this reason)

  • Manual check to fill in cost data up to 2016

  • Double check number of available titles and update as needed (this is not finished yet)

  • Cross check with Sierra and pull over 2017 cost information if available (this is not finished yet)
