Phase 1 Cancellation Instructions
Your team's review list can be found in the 2016 Cancellation Project Part I folder on Sharepoint.
Consideration Tab - due May 20th
- Note any titles you would like to remove from consideration by filling in the rubric (Uniqueness, Breadth, and Ease) columns using the drop downs.
- Note the title(s) you would like to offer in place of the consideration title by putting the Title and order number in the Swap Title column.
- You can pull the title(s) from the provided Review or Print lists or from the full list of titles for your Team, which can be found in the All Team Data folder on Sharepoint.
- You can use the Team Notes field to add any notes you have.
Note that you will probably need to scroll to the right to see the rubric and other columns, the columns you are filling out have a light gray header
Review Tab - due November 15th (placeholder only, not the priority now)
These are titles that we don't have enough information on or that we want to bring to your attention, they are not being cancelled or even considered for cancellation.
These will be newer titles, titles that have no statistics, titles that have a high % of increase, or titles that are duplicated in stable packages like Project Muse or BioOne.
You can also use this list as potential swap titles if you desire.

Print Tab - nothing due
This has highlighted items from the Team's full print list that could be used as swaps or considered for the 2nd part of the cancellation. These are titles that are duplicated in stable packages online, are suspended or otherwise seem like good cancellation candidates.
No additional data is needed for these we are just bringing them to your attention.
