Kanban View of Tasks in projects allows users to see task tags as well as who is assigned to each task
Variety of reporting functionality with over 20 different reports- eg Project Management, Finance, Expense

Ability to automate reports and have them sent out in weekly, monthly , or any frequency
Ability to create recurring tasks for items that occur repeatedly
Times inputted can overlap each other to track various tasks that are being worked on simultaneously, but manual entry will be required as Avaza has a one-timer system.
Pros
Simple UI is good for non-technologically savvy
Ability to schedule demos for free with support staff
Technical support is extremely quick with Avaza staff having an average response of under 5 minutes
Avaza reporting can combine data from timesheets, invoicing, and expenses to create comprehensive reports that incorporate a multitude of filtering options
Limitations
Only has ability to track one timer at a time, multiple timers cannot consecutively run
The system is not able to be changed for specific requests so if there is a small piece of functionality that does not work or you need, it is highly unlikely the Avaza team will be able to make that change
