How to Report Lost or Stolen Keys

Report Lost or Stolen Keys by filling out and have the key holder sign (in docusign) the Lost or Stolen Key Report (PDF) and sending to your department contact and Jeff Bachschmid at jeffrey.bachschmid@austin.utexas.edu. This will be added to the request for you to receive new keys.

Please see How to Request Keys in Moody College for directions on who your department contact is. If your department/group/CIP does not have a designated key requestor follow the directions on the wiki to request new keys.
