Report Lost or Stolen Keys by filling out the Lost or Stolen Key Report (PDF) and sending to your department contact and Jeff Bachschmid at jeffrey.bachschmid@austin.utexas.edu. This will be added to the request for you to receive new keys.

If your department/group/CIP does not have a designated key requestor follow the directions on the wiki to request new keys.
