Setting Up Remote Access
To access the PRC-managed server, you need to meet the following requirements. If you have any questions or issues with these instructions, please email help@prc.utexas.edu.
Requirements for Remote Access
- A UT EID or a project server user account., depending on what project server you will access.
- Set up UT VPN client.
- Set up UT DUO for a mobile device.
- Windows 10 - Remote Desktop Connection App. The App is built into Windows 10.
- Mac - Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 App for Mac available from the App Store.
