Vendor Introduction (Non-UT Employees)

The University of Texas at Austin is spearheading a new initiative to help streamline the procure-to-pay process for on-campus catering services.

We wanted to simplify the process for you and your business.

To participate, your business can enter into an annual agreement with The University of Texas at Austin through an application process. 

Upon approval of your application, your business will be listed on our Approved Caterers List that is visible only to staff and faculty at The University of Texas at Austin. 

Please remember that this does not mean your business will be endorsed by The University of Texas at Austin in any manner. 


















What does this mean for you, the vendor?

LESS WORK.

    • You can apply for an annual contract that encompasses ALL of UT Austin. 
    • After approval, you can provide service immediately to any UT Austin entity on campus for the duration of your contract length.
