  1. Have these documents ready in PDF:

    1. Permit to Operate a Food Enterprise

      1. Austin Area: http://austintexas.gov/department/fixed-food-establishments

      2. Outside of Austin: https://dshs.texas.gov/foodestablishments/permitting.aspx

    2. Certificate of Liability Insurance

    3. TABC License, if applicable

    4. Guidelines for handling food.

  2. Know your UT EID.

    1. Contact us if you have questions.

  3. Go to the "Application".

    • Click on the link to the DocuSign Application. 

    • Complete the intake DocuSign form.

    • Once you click "Continue", you will see this notification:
