Guidelines for Reserving Rooms in SEA

  • Please understand that HDFS classes take priority

  • Reservations for regular meetings cannot exceed the current semester.

  • If a room in SEA doesn’t appear to be available, please reach out to HDFS Admin at hdfs-department@austin.utexas.edu with the day, time, headcount and if AV is needed. If the date or time can be flexible please include that in your email. You may be offered a space in another part of SEA managed by Psych or across Dean Keeton in MMB or NMS.
