Reporting a Custodial/Facilities Issue

Report an Issue via the WORQS Request Form.

Any department personnel can contact Custodial or Facilities to clean or fix something. Inform Erin if a request is serious such as leaks, electrical issues etc.

When completing the request add your contact information, especially a cell phone, if you need to arrange access to the space. You should always list Erin as the Alternate Requestor, eam6273

Your request will be routed to a department administrator for approval.

Dial 911 for emergencies. To make a police report, call (512) 471-4441 ext 9. Please contact Erin when creating a police report, this includes suspected theft.

Supplemental services (e.g., more frequent cleaning than originally scheduled)

Lock/unlock scheduling (not related to an event)
