Generating a report, either for your own reference or to email to the task assignee, makes keeping people looped in much easier. The benefit of using a report, instead of interacting with the Change Request form, is the report is read-only. This way, you don't have to worry about accidentally deleting or changing information. Just save the report and attach it to an email, print it, or file it under your 'toDo' list.

Currently, the Change Requests are searchable only by Last name of the person assigned the task. Filters for Request numbers, teams affected and keyword can be added later.
