How to Print to UT Print Via Drivers

Step-by-step guide

Download and install the Pharos Uniprint drivers according to your computer type:
- Windows: all drivers
- macOS: all drivers
Once installed, these drivers will act as a printer connected to your computer. Be sure to specify your duplex, double-sided, and copy number preferences – then print directly to either the "bw on USER-UTPRINT..." or "color on USER-UTPRINT..." based on your color preference.
- Note: Print driver submission requires access to the UT network – either by being on campus or via a VPN connection.
After printing, a dialog will pop-up prompting you to enter your UT EID, then your password, and then to confirm the calculated charges associated with the job.
You can then proceed to any UTprint release station.
Swipe your ID or log in with your EID and password.
Select your job from the print queue that appears and click on the Print button.
