Project Records Overview

The Project module is only available in Media Studio, you cannot view linked Projects from TMS.

Projects can be linked to Object, Exhibition, Loan, and Media records. Constituents can be linked and assigned roles indicating their responsibilities or relationship to a project.

Projects with designated workflows will have a custom configured data entry view with the required or relevant fields for each.

Please use General department for all requests. The “Collections” department will be used for collection activity that not all users need access to.
