Workflows

Projects are used for workflows to aid collaboration and centralize information in a dynamic format allowing status updates as work progresses. Photography and Image Reproduction Requests are the only tasks for which projects are required as procedural policy at this time.

You may use Project records to collaborate with colleagues, but please keep in mind that this is optional or exploratory. We may learn that the projects module is a great way to collaborate for different tasks or workflows, but it is important that we establish parameters and expectations as a group.
