Public Locations

Gallery locations were renumbered in 2024 to facilitate communications between staff, facilities, and public. 

Prior gallery numbers (2006 - Feb 2024) are maintained (deactivated) in TMS location authority. They do not appear in TMS Collections to select for new movements. The prior gallery numbers will be displayed in location histories. 

Gallery locations are publicly accessible through eMuseum. To facilitate this access on eMuseum, always use "exhibition" as the location purpose for the movement into a public gallery or space. eMuseum only displays public locations and locations with the "exhibition" purpose.
