If you plan to hire (or are interested in hiring) any students during the Spring Semester this year, please let me know as soon as possible via the Student Employee Request Form.
Please be sure your prospective student employee(s) has received their Intake Form link via email. It has some acknowledgements they need to sign, and I will need this form from them in addition to yours order to move forward with your hire.
Most students will need to complete an I-9 Verification on or before their first day of work, even if they have completed this step in the past. UT is now using Equifax instead of Workday to process I-9 Verifications and students will receive instructions when their hire is final approved in Workday.
