InterLibrary Loan Check Outs

To check out InterLibrary Loan books to students, open the ILLiad tab in the browser. It should already be logged in and ready to go. If not, log in with username circulation and the appropriate password. Borrower services can give you that information if you don't have it.

  • Scan user ID in Sierra to verify valid ID. No need to scan ID into ILLiad
  • Scan book in "check out" box of ILLiad
  • A note will show up at the top of the page indicating a successful transaction in green

Please do not check in ILS books when returned. Place them on the cart for ILS to process.

If there is a problem checking out ILS materials, call ILS at 512-495-4134.
