Exporting Wikis Pages

To export a page, you need Space Admin permissions.

1. Exporting Single Page to PDF/Word

  • Step 1: Click the … (More Actions) button at the top right of the page (next to the share button).

Step 2: In the dropdown, select Export to PDF/Word.

2. Exporting Multiple Pages (Batch Export)

  • Step 1: click the … (More Actions) button next to the lab space title.

    • In the dropdown, select Space settings.

  • Step 2: In the Space settings page, navigate to General on the left hand side.

    • In the dropdown, select Export Space.

  • Step 3: On the Export space page, you may select the file format that you want to export to (PDF, CSV, etc.)

    • Under content, you may select which pages specifically you want to export.

Step 4: Select Export Space
