PROFILE ALREADY SET UP - MAC OSX

LOGGING IN POST MIGTATION

If you run into ANY issues with Outlook, Post-Migration: Please (take a deep breath) and re-start your computer, and then open the Outlook application again.

Note: You may be prompted multiple times to re-enter your credentials (even if select Remember my credentials).

 Set EID to Default Profile and Log Into Outlook
  1. Exit Outlook completely.
  2. If we put a shortcut on your desktop, please skip to Step 9.
  3. From Finder, open the Applications folder.



  4. Scroll down and find



  5. Hover over Microsoft Outlook and do a Ctrl+click (or right-click if your mouse/track pad is configured for it - either way works).
  6. Click Show Package Contents.



  7. It is entirely possible that you may inadvertently open up Microsoft Outlook at this point. No big deal. Simply close out of it and go back to Step 1.
  8. At the next window (after you've successfully opened 'Show Package Contents') - Open Contents > SharedSupport, and then double-click Outlook Profile Manager.



  9. Select EID Profile and then at the bottom a the 'cog' icon, click Set as Default. Close the window.



  10. Restart Outlook for this change to take effect.
 Log Into Outlook
  1. Open the Outlook application, if you have not already.
  2. If you are prompted for your account information, enter your email address firstname.lastname@mccombs.utexas.edu dialogue box, at 'DOMAIN\username or email' enter your @mccombs email again and then your EID Passoword. Click Add Account.



  3. You might see a redirection message. If so, check Always use my response for this server > Allow.
