G.12 (d) Teaching Evaluations from Other Institutions (if applicable)

Any candidate who has elected to combine service at UT Austin with time in rank at a prior institution must include all available assessments of their teaching during the period defined in Section G.6(c) at the previous institution(s) (e.g., end-of-semester course evaluations with student comments and peer teaching observation reports) in this folder.

Information must be provided in chronological order.
