G.12 (a) Optional COVID-19 Professional Impact Statement (if applicable)

Candidates may include a short COVID Professional Impact Statement (limited to two pages) in their dossier and the materials distributed to the external reviewers.

The statement must adhere to the guidance on the COVID-19 professional impact statement webpage, briefly document the effects that the COVID-19 pandemic had on faculty workload and professional opportunities, and summarize the resulting impact on the candidate’s professional productivity, performance, and trajectory.
