In order to test the accuracy of my final assembly, I printed a slider block with a hole for a pen to more easily record the position of the slider.

 

 

I measured the height of the slider every 30deg using the reference line at y=0 I included in the profile of the base.

I then measured the markings and input the values into MATLAB to overlay the measured and simulated position. I had to adjust the reference height as the hole for marking is not inline with the pin, so I set the position at 0deg to be accurate. There seems to be some slight error as expected from measuring angles with no clear references, but the shape is clearly accurate along the entire length of travel.
