Online Store: Depositing Sport Club Funds
Student Membership Dues Guide
Select the Online Store link from the UT RecSports Homepage.
Select your affiliation and log in. You must be a student in order to pay dues since membership is limited to UT Students.
You must log in with your EID at the next screen.
Once logged in, select Sport Club Deposits.
Sport Club Deposits is for membership dues, fundraising, and internal-team entry fees (fees charged to your memberships for an event).
After selecting the Sport Club Deposits, you will then be promoted to enter the information about your deposit.
Select an Option: Select your Sport Club from the list.
Deposit Account: Select whether you are depositing dues, fundraising, or entry fees.
In the Purpose: Provide information about your deposit. Example: John Smith Membership Dues
Amount: Type in the amount you would like to deposit.
Add Deposit to Cart.
Once you select "Deposit to Cart", you will be prompted to pay or continue shopping.
If you would to continue shopping, select the yellow button that states "Continue Shopping".
If you would like to checkout, select the green button that state "Checkout".
After selecting "Checkout", you will be prompted to read the "Conditions of Participation Statement" and to select "Continue and Pay with a Credit Card".
Selecting "Continue and Pay with a Credit Card" will access a pop-up from Authorize Net to enter your credit card information.
Enter your credit card information and pay at the bottom. You can save your credit card information if you would like.
You should be emailed a receipt that you can provide proof as payment to your club Authorized Representatives.
Public Online Store Guide
Sport Club Store are for any products that are open to the public.
Select the Online Store link from the UT RecSports Homepage.
Select your affiliation and log in. If you are a UT Student, we recommend you log into your account prior. If you are not a UT Student, please select the Sport Club Store option below the log in option.
Select the Sport Club you would like to purchase something from.
Add the item you would like to purchase to your cart.
Complete the required information for the product.
You will need to verify your email. You will receive this message from RecSports to your email you entered above.
Enter the code on the page:
Once you select "Deposit to Cart", you will be prompted to pay or continue shopping.
If you would to continue shopping, select the yellow button that states "Continue Shopping".
