Changes from 2025-2026 to 2026-2027:

• Purchasing/Finance:

  • Pro Card and Travel Card single transaction limit has been increased to $7,499, however, Sport Club Staff may require purchased under that amount to be a PO based on the credit limit per month.

  • Any Pro Card purchase over $500 requires the vendor to be in good standing with the state of Texas prior to the purchase. Please allow more time to allow staff to complete the audit.

  • Hotels will always be paid on a Travel Card.

  • Southwest Airlines has a Business Select platform to allow us to book groups of 10 or more.

• Travel:

  • Travel Requests are required for any trips over 25 miles from campus or over 24 hours.

  • International Trips must be registered three months prior to departure.
