House accounts are not UT internal, accounts that vendors (especially food providers) set up for us so they can keep our tax-exempt form on file.  In some cases, they can also invoice (“direct bill”) us instead of requiring we pay ahead of time.

The AAH accounting admin (Brittny) has a list of AAH House accounts that we can use, and what their restrictions are. 

When you use a house account, immediately report the charge (including project, vendor, and amount) to the VAC admin.  Otherwise, they may not recognize the incoming cost as belonging to the VAC.
