Vending Machine Problems

Ex-Students Association, Campus Vending Services, is responsible for the vending machines on campus. To report repairs, product information, or to request the vendor to fill empty machines, please follow these instructions:

Provide machine number and problem with the machine: Coke machine (#260): For repair, call 471-8465. For product information or request to refill products, call 471-8465.

If a WORQS ticket has been created or an issue called in (bathroom, temp, water, smell, etc.):

vet it through the Circulation Services Supervisor
note it on the white board. This will also let our students know that action has been taken if someone reports it at the circ desk.

ex. "Dead animal/sewer smell reported to Zone 2 and Tom Wolfe, 1/10/13 9:10am by Beth"

If the status changes or is resolved, then staff should revise the note or erase it.
