• On campus loans - Little Gems charged staff to work on this (UTL = Dodd, Gilliland)

• Digital assets management system - UT DAMS group formed (UTL = Choate)

• Archival management system (Briscoe is investigating ArchiveSpace with the eye towards a campus wide instance)

• Administrative documents/policies such as Deed of Gift elements, Exhibition Loan elements

• Strategic language to support campus wide funding of projects- how distinctive collections support the mission of UT
