Distinctive collections cross functional team:

started with first reorganization into Academic Engagement

hiatus with second reorganization under Lexie 20171212 meeting

20180109 mtg with Lexie discussion on Christina Bleyer as chair or co-chair with Dodd.

20180131 will start to pull together a team in April, with a charge limited to current priorities.

20180327 decision not to proceed with cross functional team. 

Canceled because they weren't able to fully identify the work that needed to be done.

There is a wide range of collections and people involved.  Didn't seem feasible at this time (per J. Lee and C. Hamer).

Work is already integrated into much of the work that is already happening.

Beth gave Lexie the following list of improvements.

 

20180515 Gift support.  Travel now must be funded through endowments.  Shipping will come out of MCENT (formerlly mcont)

       in Archives and Special Collections Libraries, last revised in 2009. (IV.B.)
