Reporting a ServiceDesk Incident/Request


Step-by-step guide

Go to:

  1. Enter your UT EID and UT EID password    
  2. Select IT Incident or IT Request  
  3. Incident vs. Request

  4. Incident/Request Details
  5. Enter Client information (last name first)
  6. Reported by (leave as is since you are the reporter)
  7. Status (leave as is)
  8. Save ticket
