FAS Document Management
This wiki is the primary source of information about the Document Management system used within the Office of the CFO and SVP for Financial and Administrative Services. The office uses an application called Meridian and the documents are stored in a secure vault. This site includes support reference documentation and business processes and procedures for office staff and vault administrators.
Documents in the FAS vault are organized according to a hierarchical classification scheme that is described in the FAS Records Retention Schedule. The FAS RRS aligns with the UT Records Retention Schedule.
Additionally, each document in the vault is associated with an entity organization from the FAS Entity List.
