Adding Series to Secure Folders

Please reference the Security Level wiki for more information on secure folders and entities.

To add series for filing in the secure folders

• Go to the Access Database and select “ICM_SecurityLevel”

• Filter by the folder requested

• Add a new row

• Enter the record series information

  • Be sure to check if the series already exists as a file option in the vault. If not, the record may need to be added as a series first.

• After the requested series is added to the secure level database, hit save

• The change should immediately populate in the vault
