Congrats on becoming a Stengl-Wyer Scholar! The Stengl-Wyer Endowment, the largest endowment in the history of the College of Natural Sciences, supports UT Austin’s highly ranked programming in ecology and biological research, with a focus on the study of the diversity of life and organisms in their natural environments. With transformative lifetime and estate gifts to the University of Texas at Austin, alumna Lorraine “Casey” Stengl, M.D., and her partner Lorraine Wyer have spurred a new era of life sciences education and research.
