Duties include: 

• Routing and creating mainstage performance programs.
• Managing complimentary tickets for all mainstage department productions. 
• Assist the Communications Coordinator in generating, managing and tracking all web and social media channels. 
• Assist the Communications Coordinator in generating content for the departmental blog. 
• Tracking audience reaction and engagement. Assist in tracking marketing campaigns. 
• Manage physical and digital production archives. 
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling video shoots, photoshoots and any other needed marketing appointments. 
• Manage information and promotion of non-season events. 
• Assist in managing and creating departmental videos and trailers
