Running a meeting
Before meeting:
- Co-Directors create agenda
- Internal Communications Chair announces it over corresponding List-servs
During meetings:
- Co-Directors make sure quorum is met
- a rotating person on Steering Committee takes minutes
- a rotating person acts as timekeeper
After meeting:
- minutes are uploaded to drive (see Minutes)
- minutes are distributed to corresponding membership by minute-taker
Kinds of Meetings
- Steering Committee: about once a month, no less frequently than every 6 weeks
- Full Membership: at least once a semester
- General Body: 2x per academic year, generally at the end of each semester
