Collaborative Artists and Makers

Create a “cover record” for the collective group, and individual records for contributing artists.

Use historic dates to indicate when the collaboration was active.

Artists should be linked as collaborators using related records.

List current participants and former participants in the cover record’s biography. When linking the constituents to an object record, link only individual artist records who were active at the time of the work’s creation.
