Add Pictures using App

Search

• Search (cross-field search that will find object numbers, names, and other key terms”

  • Use object number for quickest results

  • Enclose names or titles in quotes to find narrower results

    • “Joan Mitchell”

    • “Summer Circle”

• Use Package Search to easily find a list of objects

Open Records

• From Search, the entire list of results will open, but it will open to the record you select

• From Package Search, you will open the list of objects in the package, opening the first object in the list

• Use left and right arrows to navigate your list

Click the vertical ellipse to the right of “Related MedizXrefs - Objects”

• Click “Add”

  • Select “Take” to open your camera app and take a picture

  • Select “Select Photos” to select images from your camera roll

• Select appropriate Media Department and Media Path

  • Most often “Study Images” and M:\TMSShare\Media\Object-Media\2025-Reference

  • Click OK

• New Image will appear at the end of the Related MediaXRefs Carousel

  • To edit and add notes, or change the primary image, select the thumbnail so it is highlighted in blue and select the vertical ellipse at the top right and select Edit

  • In this window you can select “Primary Display” or type notes into “Remarks”
