In order for printers to be easily managed by all sites the EPM team is requiring site admins to follow a printer naming convention.
Required format: SITE-DEPT-BLDGROOM-Freeform
For example: TRECS-ITS-WWH200-BWprinter
Units welcome to use the freeform section however suits the needs of the CSU. There is also a friendly name field which can be used to name the printer in a way that allows the end-user to find and utilize the printer.
Printers can be made available to end-users via smart groups.

- ConfigMgr: Every Tuesday, from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- Jamf: Every Tuesday, from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Jamf Server Upgrades: Wednesday 12 am - 3 am
