Complete all required tasks, including deleting downloaded videos, sharing Qualtrics surveys, and saving fidelity documents to Box, etc. Address all the checkboxes. Clearly document what you’ve worked on in your Wiki Notebook, including patient codes, completed tasks, and where you left off. Schedule a final check-out with your primary clinician or student team leader. They should already be in touch with you about this. Make sure you have filled out the End-of_Semester Surveys |
