Questions:

• Who is considered my REDCap supervisor/trainer? I.e. to whom should I direct any REDCap questions?

• The REDCap Training Task Wiki page says I should, “Send updates on your progress to your Supervisors and in the URA REDCap Team Channel.” I do not see this channel on teams. Should I use my supervisor chat instead?

• I am 90% done with the REDCap training survey. Awaiting clarification on penultimate step before I fill out the survey and upload the zip file to my box folder.

• I have created all remaining sondeo ppts (sessions 7-18)

• I have created the materials ppt for set 3

• I have created the Qualtrics HW for set 3. I created a workflow to notify Ana Pau and Camille upon completion. I have added MADR lab, Ana Pau, Rocio, and Camille as collaborators. The link is in the cronograma.

Miscellaneous:

• I participated in a communication partner chat during my shift at around 12:45! This was a lovely experience; thank you @Diana for having me on and helping me prepare.

Errors:

• I can’t find the audios for the Qualtrics HWs in SSAD004’s box folder. Should I search elsewhere?

• I have created Qualtrics HWs for sets 4, 5, and 6. I have added madr-lab, Camille, Ana Pau, and Rocío as collaborators; the email notification is set to send to Camille and Ana Pau.

• There is some discrepancy in the placement of the skip logic question within the template itself.

  • I used the following order, as this is what most of the template blocks did:

  • However, the first block on the template has the following order:

• I just want to confirm the correct order to ensure needed temporal data is captured
