• I am about 40% done with re-ordering the images for SSAD005's sondeo ppt

BISD026 PreTx ppt Progress:

• I have added images to BISD026’s PreTx ppt

• I have reordered the list of words in the spreadsheet up to row 170 using the RAND and sort functions

  • I made a copy of the sheet to do this, housed in the same box folder

  • I pasted the new word order back into the original spreadsheet (rows 2-170)

  • I manually ensured semantic and phonemic dissimilarity between consecutive words

Misc Progress:

• I have filled out the correct check-out survey, as indicated by Silvia.

Important notes on where I leave my tasks:

• BISE021 POM Rating: I rated all I could, but some audios are missing. I have left the status on the current REL Smartsheet as “in progress.”

• SSAD005 PreTx ppt images: I paused this task, as Ana Pau is still working to finalize the order of the words in the spreadsheet.

• BISD026: (1) spreadsheet word order and (2) ppt image order still need to be worked on and finalized

REDCap Training Progress:

• I have finished watching all required REDCap training videos.

• I have started working on my URA Training Survey. I am about 50% done.

Questions:

• Who is considered my REDCap supervisor/trainer? I.e. to whom should I direct any REDCap questions?

• The REDCap Training Task Wiki page says I should, “Send updates on your progress to your Supervisors and in the URA REDCap Team Channel.” I do not see this channel on teams. Should I use my supervisor chat instead?

Progress:

• I am 90% done with the REDCap training survey. Awaiting clarification on penultimate step before I fill out the survey and upload the zip file to my box folder.

• I have finished set 8 Qualtrics HW

SSAD004 LRT Materials Progress:

• I have met with Rocio to review pt SSAD004

• I have created all remaining sondeo ppts (sessions 7-18)

• I have created the materials ppt for set 3

• I have created the Qualtrics HW for set 3. I created a workflow to notify Ana Pau and Camille upon completion. I have added MADR lab, Ana Pau, Rocio, and Camille as collaborators. The link is in the cronograma.

Miscellaneous:

• I participated in a communication partner chat during my shift at around 12:45! This was a lovely experience; thank you @Diana for having me on and helping me prepare.

Errors:

• I can’t find the audios for the Qualtrics HWs in SSAD004’s box folder. Should I search elsewhere?

• I have created materials ppts for sets 4, 5, and 6

• I have created Qualtrics HWs for sets 4, 5, and 6. I have added madr-lab, Camille, Ana Pau, and Rocío as collaborators; the email notification is set to send to Camille and Ana Pau.
